A school in LK uses Padlet to visually capture their professional learning and experiences in the classroom using manipulatives to support conceptual understanding in mathematics.  Each time the staff meets, the Padlet is opened up and staff share experiences and ask questions of each other. Everyone is accountable – they take their own learning into the classroom, capture it and share it on Padlet for their colleagues.  Padlet is helping them learn from each other.
